Do you take on tenant improvements?
Yes — TI work is a big part of what we do. Restaurant conversions, retail fit-outs, office reconfigurations. We can price from your plans or walk the space with you and build a scope together. Either way, you get a flat written quote for the defined work before demo dust settles or rough-in begins.
Will you work with our general contractor?

Can you install three-phase power?

Do you handle permits and inspections?
Project-scale electrical work needs permits, and as a licensed Arizona contractor we manage that process as part of the job — permits, code compliance, inspections. You shouldn't have to learn the building department's workflow. And before hiring any contractor, verify their license at https://roc.az.gov. We'd tell you that even if we weren't in the running.
How do you price commercial projects?
Flat and up front. We define the scope with you, then quote one number for that scope. If the scope changes mid-project — it happens — we price the change the same way before doing the work, so there's never a mystery invoice. What we don't do is bill open-ended hours and hope you don't ask questions.
