Do you repair gas equipment?
No — electrical only, and we tell you that up front so you never pay for the wrong service call. Burners, pilots, and gas valves need a gas technician. Anything with a cord, a heating element, or a control board is ours: hot wells, warmers, heat lamps, heat strips, mixers, and Robot Coupe processors.
My Robot Coupe stopped working. Can you fix it?
Often, yes. A dead Robot Coupe frequently comes down to something electrical — a worn switch, a damaged cord, a motor or interlock fault. Tell us what it is doing, or not doing, when you call and we will give you an honest read. If it is repairable, we name the full price before picking up a tool.
Should I repair the unit or replace it?
